HR Manage - User Data Protection Agreement

Welcome to the HR Manage software suite.

As a user of this system, you are entrusted with sensitive and confidential information. By accessing or using HR Manage, you agree to adhere to the following terms to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all data contained within the system. Please note that all activity in HR Manage is logged and breaching this agreement may result in disciplinary measures and/or legal action.

1. Confidentiality of Information

You acknowledge that all data stored in HR Manage is confidential. You agree to:

Treat all information in the system as private and confidential.
Only access information that you are specifically authorised to access.
Not disclose, share, or otherwise distribute any information from the system to unauthorised individuals or third parties.

2. Prohibition on Unauthorised Access

You agree not to:

Attempt to access information, modules, or features you are not explicitly authorised to use.
Bypass or manipulate security settings, permissions, or restrictions within the system.
Share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorised individuals to access the system under your account.

3. Data Protection and Use

You agree to:

Use the information within HR Manage solely for the legitimate business purposes for which you are authorised.
Not copy, extract, download, or otherwise replicate data from the system unless explicitly permitted and required for authorised purposes.
Ensure that any handling or storage of exported data complies with applicable data protection laws and organisational policies.

4. Security Obligations

You must:

Take all reasonable measures to protect system data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Immediately report any actual or suspected security breaches or unauthorised access attempts to the system administrator or security team.

5. Consequences of Breach

Unauthorised access, misuse of data, or violation of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of system access, internal disciplinary measures, termination of employment, and/or legal action.
